In order to preserve your jewelry in the best possible condition and avoid misshaping or breaking it, we advise you to respect the following rules:

- Remove the item when going to sleep, taking a shower, dressing or undressing.

- Do not place it in contact with other metal jewelry or chemical products.

Measure the circumference of your wrist

Using a dressmaker's flexible tape measure, measure the exact circumference of your wrist and refer to measurements outlined on our website. If the measurement of your wrist falls between 2 sizes, something the larger of the two.

Examples:

1. If your wrist measures 6.3" / 16 cm, choose 6.3" / 16 cm.

2. If your wrist measures 6.5" / 16.5 cm, choose 6.7" / 17 cm.

Please be aware that for greater freedom and comfort we add a further 0.4 " / 1 cm to your measurement.
